Bring Out the Best Challenge Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Bring Out the Best Challenge (“Contest”) is sponsored by T.F.H. Publications, Inc. (“T.F.H.”). The Contest begins on September 12, 2022 2:30 pm ET and ends on October 12, 2022 11:59 pm ET. Entries must be received by October 12, 2022 11:59 pm ET. Enter as often as you wish. All eligible entries will be entered in the Contest. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries are subject to verification. Submissions may be investigated and voided if fraudulent. Affidavits may be required to confirm eligibility. If entering via mobile device, data and mobile charges may apply. Check with your carrier.

2. Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older as of September 12, 2022, who are owners of a dog. Employees of T.F.H., its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, distributors, suppliers, brokers, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the members of the immediate families and/or households of each of the above are not eligible to participate. By entering, entrants agree that they have complied with all Contest and eligibility rules. Offer valid in the USA only. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

3. To enter:(a) visit Nylabone Instagram, AND (b) upload one (1) photo or one (1) video of your dog that meets the photo submission requirements outlined below; AND (c) use the hashtags “#Nylabone♥DogDad” AND “#BOTBchallenge”; AND (d) nominate three (3) friends. “Share” entries may be affected by your Instagram privacy settings.

4. T.F.H. photo/video submission requirements: (a) Entrants must solely own all rights and title to any and all materials submitted as an entry to this Contest. Purchasing a photograph of entrant’s dog from a photographer may not entitle entrant to all rights and title to such photograph. (b) Photo must be .jpg or .png format no smaller than 320 and 1080 and no larger than 566 and 1540 in size. (c) Other than editing photo to fit onto the medium, photo must not be modified or edited. (d) Photo/video can include pets in addition to dog. (e) Video must be at least 5 seconds long but no longer than 30 seconds.
(f) Photo/video can include pet owner, but must NOT include any images of any other person or individual. (g) Photo/video must NOT show any product branding of any kind. (h) Photo/video may NOT be inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill associated with T.F.H.. Submissions which violate, in T.F.H.’s sole discretion, any of the requirements contained herein shall be deemed ineligible and any such submission shall be void. Prizes will be mailed to confirmed addresses only. All entries become the property of T.F.H. and will not be returned. T.F.H. may use any and all entries for advertising/promotional purposes of this Contest without payment to entrant.

5. Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from the eligible Photo entries; and one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from the eligible Video entries. Winners will be drawn on or about October 21, 2022. Winner(s) will be notified within one (1) week by certified mail, overnight mail, phone and/or e-mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All winners will be required to sign and return a prize release and other documents, as necessary, within the timeframe stipulated on prize notification, or prizes will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes cannot be substituted for cash. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. In consideration of T.F.H.’s acceptance of entrant’s entry, entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold T.F.H., its parent company, subsidiaries, related and/or affiliated companies, divisions, agents, employees, successors, heirs and all judges of the Contest harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or losses for its/their actions arising from, or related to, the drawing and handling of entrant’s entry, the use and/or publication of the entry and the conducting, advertising and sponsoring of this Contest.

7. T.F.H. is not responsible for: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, internet service providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Contest; or (b) any malfunction of entrant’s computer, telephone or cable transmission or hardware/software malfunction.

8. This Contest cannot be republished in any other medium without the express written consent of T.F.H.. PRIZES:
Three (3) Prizes: each prize will consist of a variety of chews and/or toys and will be determined by the size, age and chewing style of the dog (approximate retail value, up to $500)
